Frequently Asked Questions

  • We strongly suggest purchasing tickets ahead of time. If you are planning to come on a weekend, holiday or with a large group (10 or more), you should make a reservation at least 5-6 days in advance. X-Flight is open for walk-ins, but on busy days we cannot always accommodate them. There is a maximum number of jumpers allowed in the trampoline arena and we do sell out.

  • No. All flight passes (tickets) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different jump time. Once you purchase a ticket, that space is being held for you and cannot be resold. If you arrive late for your reserved jump time, you will not get a credit for your lost time. This is why we highly encourage people to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your flight time. Be mindful that busy traffic can delay your arrival and plan accordingly.

  • No. Purchasing a flight ticket is much like purchasing a ticket at a movie theater. If you arrive late for the movie, the manager does not re-play the first 15 minutes of the movie for you. New jumpers will be waiting for their time on the jump floor at the end of your flight time so "making up" lost minutes is not possible. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your flight time to avoid frustration of losing your flight time.

  • A: Use the online booking form or call or come by as soon as you know the date and time of your event.

  • A: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits for Parties and Large Group Events will be transferred 1 time as long as they are made more than ONE WEEK in advance. A deposit becomes non-transferable within 7 days of the event. Once booked, parties can be upgraded, NEVER downgraded. No refunds for persons missing from your reservation. ALL group and ticket sales are final.

  • A: We ask that everyone arrive 10 minutes before the party, to allow time to fill out waivers and go over instructions.

  • A: This decision is optional, we find some parents prefer to take the gifts home to open the gifts and some parents prefer to open the gifts at PARTY SAFARI. Either decision the party makes is fine with PARTY SAFARI.

  • A: Guest are welcome to bring their own CAKE, CUPCAKES and ICE CREAM with a scheduled Party Only. Absoulutly NO other Food, Drinks, Fruit/ Veggie Tray, Crockpots, Bottled Water or Food Items Allowed ! If you bring these in a $75 charge will be added to your Balance.

  • A: We have several package options to choose from. If you go over the allotted amount of guest, there is a per person charge. Price is dependent on which package you have.

  • A: PARTY SAFARI has Café with Pizza, Hotdogs, Chicken Strips, Wings, Hamburgers, and more. We also have balloons, candles, socks and other last minute items you might need for your party.

  • A: We provide paper goods for your party. But if you would a particular theme you are welcome to bring your own, however tape and tacks are not permitted inside the room. In addition silly string and confetti are not allowed. Hanging anything on the wall will be a $75 charge.

  • A: We provide rooms with table cloths, party plates, napkins, cups and utensils. You are welcome to bring your own if you have a specific theme.

  • A: Absolutely! We strongly encourage the parents to join in on the FUN.

  • A: Yes. Everyone must fill out a waiver when coming in.

  • A: Yes, socks are required on all attractions.
